Recently, our company welcomed a delegation of important clients from Brazil. The clients visited specifically to conduct an on-site inspection and hold in-depth discussions regarding the Continuous Carbonization Furnace project. Both parties engaged in thorough discussions concerning equipment technical solutions, production capacity configuration, and local application requirements in Brazil.
Accompanied by relevant company representatives, the Brazilian clients visited our continuous carbonization furnace production workshop and equipment assembly area, gaining a detailed understanding of the overall structure of the equipment, continuous production process, heat energy utilization methods, and automated control system. The clients highly praised the technical advantages of the continuous carbonization furnace in terms of stable operation, energy consumption control, environmental emissions, and product consistency.
During the discussions, our technical team, considering the characteristics of local biomass resources in Brazil (such as wood waste, coconut shells, and agricultural residues), presented customized continuous carbonization solutions tailored to the client's project needs. They also discussed key issues such as production planning, fuel adaptability, and subsequent activation or deep processing integration. Both parties reached several agreements regarding the project implementation cycle, equipment delivery, installation and commissioning, and after-sales service system.
