Recently, a batch of industrial drying equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company was loaded at the factory and officially shipped to a country in Africa. This successful export marks another important step forward for our company in expanding into the African international market.
The dryers shipped this time are mainly used for drying agricultural products and industrial raw materials. They feature large processing capacity, low energy consumption, stable operation, and strong adaptability, meeting the actual working conditions in Africa, which include high temperatures, high dust levels, and fluctuating raw material moisture content. During the design phase, the equipment fully considered local energy conditions and usage habits, and can be configured with various heat source options such as biomass, natural gas, or diesel according to customer needs, effectively reducing operating costs.
Throughout the project execution, our company's technical team maintained close communication with the African customer. From process design and equipment selection to manufacturing and factory testing, everything was strictly carried out according to international standards and contract requirements, ensuring equipment quality and delivery time. Before shipment, all equipment underwent multiple performance tests, laying a solid foundation for subsequent smooth installation and stable operation.
